BIOGRAPHY
Attorney Robert A. Antonioni has actively practiced law in Leominster since 1983. He graduated from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA in 1980 and graduated with honors from the New England School of Law in Boston, MA in 1983.
Bob Antonioni focuses on Estate Planning, Disability Law, and Elder Law. He regularly appears in Probate and Family Court and is respected by peers and judges as an experienced litigator.
He represents local health care institutions in guardianship cases and frequently advises clients about guardianship and conservatorship matters. Bob has created a written guide to help families and health care institutions navigate the challenging process of caring for elders unable to care for themselves.
Bob has worked with most lending institutions in the Leominster and Fitchburg area, assisting hundreds of homeowners and business owners with closings and property transactions.
From 1992 to 2008, Bob served as state Senator for the Fitchburg, Leominster, and Gardner region, and previously as state Representative for Leominster and parts of Fitchburg and Lunenburg from 1989 to 1992. His legislative experience gives him deep insight into how laws are applied in court, as well as an understanding of the complex issues that drive the need for legislation supporting clients and their families.

As the state’s sole lawyer assistance program, LCL assists lawyers, judges, law students, and their families who are experiencing any level of impairment in their ability to function as a result of personal, mental health, addiction or medical problems.
Former Member, Board of Directors for the national organization American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is the leading national not-for-profit organization exclusively dedicated to understanding and preventing suicide through research, education and advocacy, and to reaching out to people with mental disorders and those impacted by suicide.
Former member, state Board of Directors for the Massachusetts chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness; The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is an advocacy organization for individuals with mental illness, their families, friends, mental health professionals, and the general public.
Former member Board of Directors for Our Father’s House, Our Fathers House is a private, non-sectarian agency providing shelter and related services to homeless men and women in North Worcester county, Massachusetts.
Former member, Nashua River Watershed Association. The NRWA’s mission is to promote clean water and open space for the Nashua River Watershed. Bob is a fly fisherman with an interest in conservation and watershed protection. As State Senator, Bob initiated state and local protection for the Notown Reservoir, and the preservation of Sholan Farms in Leominster and the Nashoba Valley Winery in Bolton.
