Bob Antonioni has concentrated his practice in the field of civil litigation, with a special emphasis on divorce and family law, guardianship law, personal injury and Workers’ Compensation. Bob appears in the Probate and Family Court on a regular basis, and is known to attorneys and judges in that court as an experienced litigator.

Bob also represents area health care institutions in guardianship proceedings, and frequently advises private clients in the field of guardianship and conservatorship law. He has prepared a written guide for clients and health care institutions to help families sort through the confusing and difficult process of caring for an elder who is no longer readily able to care for himself or herself.
Bob has represented most local lending institutions in the Leominster and Fitchburg area, and has assisted hundreds of local homeowners and business persons in closings and the purchase and sale of business and residential properties.
Bob Antonioni also frequently represents clients in area courts who have suffered difficult injuries from an automobile accident, pedestrian or slip and fall accident, and work-related injuries before the Industrial Accident Board (Workers’ Compensation). Bob also frequently represents persons who have lost their employment and are seeking unemployment benefits. He appears regularly on behalf of claimants before hearings officers with the Department of Employment and Training
Bob Antonioni also served as state Senator for the Fitchburg, Leominster and Gardner region from 1992 thru 2008, and previously as state Representative for Leominster and portions of Fitchburg and Lunenburg from 1989 thru 1992.
